We offer a variety of affordable programs to meet your individual needs.


Introductory Program $125

This is a 6-session introductory course where you learn the basic punches, punch combinations and “slip and anchor” movements. You will also develop better balance and coordination and learn proper usage of the boxing equipment. This course generally lasts 1 month and is mostly 1-on-1 training with a certified coach or trainer.
Requirements: None

Program includes:

• (6) training sessions


Advanced Program $125

Upon successful completion of the Introductory Program, you may enroll in the Advanced Program. This program is designed to get you into competitive fighting shape (the best shape of your life).
Requirements: Introductory Course Completion

Program includes:

• (8) advanced techniques training sessions


Gym Pass $30/month

Unlimited access to the gym and equipment. Hit the heavy bag, speed bag, double-end bag, use the cardio equipment or jump into the boxing ring and go a few rounds. Work out at your own pace and schedule. (Access to some boxing equipment may be restricted when class in session.)
Requirements: Introductory Course Completion


Training Combo $75/month

Work with a trainer to develop your skills and get unlimited access to the gym and equipment. Trainer available 6 days per week.

Requirements: Introductory and Advanced Course Completion

Program includes Gym Pass and training in:

• Coach Mitts
• Heavy Bag
• Double-end Bag
• Speed Bag
• Sparring
• Weight Training
• Running track days

  6:00pm (Running Track)
Wednesday 10:30am-1:00pm
  4:30pm to 9:00pm
Thursday 4:30pm to 9:00pm
  6:00pm (Running Track)
Friday 10:30am-1:00pm
  4:30pm to 9:00pm
Saturday Noon - 3:00pm
Sunday Off

Note: We suggest beginners train on Tuesday and Thursday

 

Open House
